你查一下上海吉隆坡的税费是多少，再扣除一个手续费，就差不多是退回来的金额啦。

现在发邮件过来航班延迟45分钟，可以要求退票吗

We refer to your flight D7 330 onWednesday, 8 th October 2014 scheduled to departat 1835hrs from Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (KLIA2).

We regret to inform you that the above flight has been rescheduled to a new departure time of 1925hrs on the same day.

The new scheduled arrival time at the Shanghai Pudong International Airport, China isat 0035hrs on the next day.

This retime is due to operational reasons.

Please contact us at aax_preflight@airasia.com, quoting your booking number, if:

• You want to move* to the closest flight to your original flight as follows:

- D7 330 onTuesday, 7 th October 2014, departing at 1925hrs, arriving in Shanghai at 0035hrs on the next day; or

- D7 330 onThursday, 9 th October 2014, departing at 1925hrs, arriving in Shanghai at 0035hrs on the next day; or

• You wish to move* to any of our other Kuala Lumpur - Shanghai flights of your choice;

• You wish to convert the fares into an Online Credit Shell;

• Should you have any connecting flights on AirAsia X/ AirAsia, we will also move* them accordingly; or

• Should you have any concerns you would like us to address.

*at no cost, subject to availability

Also, please find attached a letter confirming the retime for your travel insurance provider should you require it.

Additionally, should you choose to stay on this new retimed flight, we would appreciate it if you could acknowledge receipt of this email by replying to aax_preflight@airasia.com.

直接打电话给广州客服，退亚航帐户，一般三天到帐。

电话哈，方便直接，就说航班变动45分钟，要退票，客服会问你订单号，直能退本人帐户，如果你队友没亚航帐户，赶紧申请一个。
