上海飞马尼拉只有星期246，马尼拉回上海星期136

出行的注意了。

Dear Valued Guest:

Please be advised that we will implement a new schedule between Manila – Shanghai route starting 14 October 2014 in relation to the travel advisory issued by the Chinese government. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and it is our hope that a resolution is reached by both countries at the soonest possible time.

AirAsia Zest’s between Manila-Shanghai flights will operate from daily to 3X weekly with this new schedule until further notice:

AirAsia Zest Flight	Origin	Destination	Depart	Arrive	Frequency
Z2018	Manila	Shanghai	2005	2330	Monday/Wednesday/Saturday
Z2019	Shanghai	Manila	0030	0400	Tuesday/Thursday/Sunday

Guests that are affected by the temporary reduction of flights and hold flight bookings after 14th October, will be able to choose from these options:

i) Option to move their flights to next available flight without any extra charges and subject to availability

ii) Be offered a credit shell for the value that they paid with a validity of 90 days. Credit shell may be used to purchase seats to any AirAsia destination, products and services atwww.airasia.com.

iii) Full refund of their flight bookings

Guests with flights within the next 30 days are also advised to call our call center in the Philippine and China as listed below while those with flights departing more than 30 days from 14thOctober may use our eForm to choose their service recovery options through this link: http://www.airasia.com/my/en/e-form.page

We will provide updates as soon as they are available. For more information and assistance, guests may call these numbers:

本来预定2月20上海马尼拉，26日回，都被取消，致电广州客服，想改到19号去，25号回，不肯改，说不可以往前改，只可以往后改，而且我要的日期都满了，没有位置
沟通一天都无果
中午的时候，在官网发了EFORM，中文页面，和菲律宾英文页面都发了
还去LIVECHAT，中国的网页无法LIVECHAT，说不在工作时间，后来去了香港，台湾，菲律宾页面LIVECHAT，说会马上把我的要求发给总部
两个小时不到，效率如此之高，菲律宾打来电话，要了我想改的日期，半小时后收到PDF，成功改签2.19去，25回来
再次致电广州客服，还跟我说没位置，我说那我成功改了怎么回事，支支吾吾说你的航班卖的票多出位置，我们不给你改，是怕你到时没有位置，我说拜托，我也不是第一次坐飞机，超售问题几乎每个航班，其他航空都存在，不用你来帮我操心，然后挂电话。

我买的是明年7月份马尼拉到上海的，今天看了订单，竟然把我的航班提前了一天，请问我是尽快和亚航联系更改航班还是静观其变，到明年5、6月份再找亚航？

8号晚上订的亚航2.24-3.5.第二天，晓得亚航砍航班之后，发现3.5返程提前了一天3.4回来！正合我意

如果都是亚航的，就可以，你联系亚航，多管齐下，广州客服要看人品和运气的。E-form比较慢一点，小红很不错，可以试试。

到目前为止没沟通下来有没有什么特殊管道？

我春节回程订的 2/20 ，帮我自动延到 2/21 了，我在申请退款，e-form，2封过去了。。。提示5天。。。看样子要每天提交一次啊。。

侥幸逃过此次的航班变更，但是想请教各位空中飞人，接下来还会不会有继续删减航班的可能呀？
