- If the changes made within 72 hours and up to 4 hours before original departure time, passenger need to pay penalties and fare difference for per sector and per passenger.

-If less than 4 hours from the departure date changing is not permitted
Kindly take note that our Contact Center currently is not accepting payments by phone. You are required to proceed for the payment at the airport Sales and Ticketing counter located at Subang Airport or KLIA2 or any airports that Malindo Air is serving
