标题: 请问酷航廉价机票，可以退换吗？
刚刚接到酷航机票改期通知，原本稀少假期瞬间被压缩了一天。怎么说改期就改期啊？请问有谁定过他家的吗，他家是不是经常会改期？？

We wish to inform you we have made some adjustments to our TZ 221 Hong Kong to Singapore flight schedule. Your flight scheduled on 01 Jul 2015 will no longer operate due to operational constraints.

As you are booked on one of the affected flights, we have rebooked you on the earliest available flight (closest to your original departure date/time) at no charge. The brief summary of your itinerary is reflected in the table below; for complete flight schedule/ itinerary, please view or retrieve your revised itinerary through the "Manage My Booking" facility at www.flyscoot.com by entering the Booking Reference (C91I9A) and Email as shown on your original itinerary receipt.

If the new travel arrangement is acceptable, there is nothing you need to do. If, however, the new arrangement is not suitable, you may:

Rebook, at no additional charge, to another Hong Kong – Singapore flight operating within seven days of the original flight; or
Receive a full refund of the affected sector to a transferable Scoot travel voucher that can be used towards future travel within six months from the date of issue.

To rebook or seek a refund, please contact our call centre at the numbers listed hereby 03 May 2015.

If you have purchased accommodation, car rental or insurance together with your Scoot booking, please ensure you contact the relevant vendor to cancel or amend your reservation or insurance policy. 之前很经常改期的，而且退也是退余额……钱反正是拿不来了

我是想换票的，1号的。结果是1号没票
