订票时将姓写错了，其他正确，改得了吗？或者大家有菲鹰客服的联系方式，请教请教啊。。。第一次买票出纰漏啊

Please be informed that passenger may change the name in their ticket at least 24hours before the flight for International travel.

The only authorize person who can request for change name is the passenger named on the ticket. For validation purposes, passenger shall present his/her valid ID and Php 1680 will apply for Name Change fee.

You may proceed to our Airphil Express ticket office for re issuance of your ticket.

菲鹰回的信，我看不懂，求高人帮忙翻译一下，只知道好像是说可以改名字，但要受到处罚。。。。。。。。。。。具体怎么改呢？

他不可能是票贩子，对吧，所以买的票都是针对明确的人的

这个如果字母顺序错还能理解。。
要是吧zhang写成wang什么的。。就太。。

主要是，把三个字的人名，中间那个字填到middle name，只有一个人是三个字，姓填成了名，名和姓填成一样，中间那个字也填到middle name上面去了。例如这个人叫李小平，就填成了ping li，最后一个错误就是例如这个人叫李小平，填成了ping ping

如果只是错误的那一个人，问题不大，可是人数那么多

楼主你英文怎么样？要是好就直接打电话吧，你这这么多票要是不让改损失太大了，要是解决不了就找他们的上级主管吧

I buy th ticket at 4.10,round way,hongkong to cebu,but the first name is pengyu,the ticket number is2112167761861,thank you.

Dear Sir,
I would clarify what happened again.
I have misstaken the first name and the middle name, the related ticked number is 2112167761861.
When I purchase the ticket in your website, I input Peng as middle name, and Yu as the family name, and input the family name as the first name。
So the correct name should be as below：
1st name Family name
1st Passenger
2nd Passenger
3rd Passenger
4th Passenger

And I would like to poit out, I am not selling out these tickets to others, this is only caused by misunderstanding, since the name system is different in China, chinese people always put their family name 1st, and followed by given name, and there is no middle name in China.

Please find attached our passports, and I am sure you can understand my mistake, and I am really sorry for any inconveniences!

然后你要附上你们所有人的护照扫描件。另外你没有告诉我你们的family name，所以你自己把准确的名字信息填写在 1st 2nd 3rd 4th 后面。如果是亚航的话，我觉得会有99%以上的成功概率，但是菲鹰我没有预订过，祝好运了！

晕死还要去Airphil Express ticket office 他的售票处确认票啊，不过至少有进展同意你改名字了。你需要提供身份证明和 1680比索作为更名费。

现在就是这个问题啊，中国这边又没有他的售票处，我们怎么过去找他们更改名字嘛，现在就是想让他们在网上改，应该怎么办啊？继续写信？？？

We are all in China now, and as I know there is no your ticket office in China so far.
At this point, I can not go to your ticket office to re-issue our ticket.
Could you please suggest another easier way for me as an exception? For example by internet, I can scan and mail all of our passports to you, and is the name change fee of Php 1680 for per person per flight or per the whole case?

我你贴出来的邮件他只要求你提供有效地身份证明，那么护照应该就可以了，要不你在把护照的扫描件还有护照号码发给他看看。然后问他还需要什么文档。

在上面把乘客姓名和护照号码依次对应填好。

你之前买票的时候有没有填写过护照号码啊？有的话应该就简单了，更能说明你只是把名字写错了。

不要紧的，性别无所谓，他们只看名字，生日写错了都不管的

我朋友之前是要把他那张菲鹰（宿务-香港）转给我，她直接打到广州有一个客服电话，然后开始他们也是说不可以改的，后来貌似就可以改了，然后他们让我朋友发需要改名的相关信息到他们的邮箱，之后他们回了一封邮件。改名费CNY 480。因为考虑到可能比我重新买一张票还贵，所以还没有改，并且他提供的是一个私人账号让直接转人民币的。
