帮我看看宿务航空的回复是啥意思？是让我付费另购吗？

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Good day,

Upon checking, your flight is 35 minutes later than the original departure. If you wish to be rebooked on a different schedule, please be informed that you will be paying the applicable charges (rebooking fee, fare difference) since you are expected to be at the airport at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure. We can only waive the penalties if the flight disruption is 1 hour (or more) than the original ETD.

宿务的意思是至少时间变动1小时以后才可以免费改？航空变动35分钟是不变动是这个意思吗？

我回复，我说我三程加起来，35*3，105分钟，了都不能改签。

奇怪啊，我最近刚刚因为上海马尼拉往后延了那么半小时改签了下一班啊

是不是改下一班就不要钱了？

我原来是0：30-4：00的上海马尼拉，然后是6：15的马尼拉-卡迪克兰(因为只有这班是1P)，现在0：30的改到1:05了，打电话来叫我确认，我就要求改connect的一班，最后把6：15的改到8点多的那班去了，非常满意，没说有什么费用啊
