保险公司会不会自己去验证这个航班真实情况的？
还是只要你给延误证明，就可以理赔的？

保险公司肯定会跟航空公司和机场确认具体时间的，保险公司内部最庞大最重要的部门就是干这个的

不是，亚航柜台不给开，我填的EFORM，周一填的，周二就收到了

Good morning!

My friends' fligt No.D7306 departKuala Lumpur (KUL) to Hangzhou (HGH) on July 11,2015 which depart at 05:20 pm and arrive at 10:20pm had been delayed.

They have been delayed until the flight  depart at 08:00am  on July 12  and  will arrive at 01:05 pm on Juyl 12.

Their confirmation listed next :

The first  booking number is ***** passengers’ name are:

2******

The second number is ******  passenger’s name is: *******

They are my friends and I had buyed insurance for them .

Please send a specific reason certification whicn should include the scheduled time and the real time  and reason  to me.(The fight is delayed for the bad weather) .Let me can collect my claim from the insurance company.

I want to emphasize that I need this certification not in order to call airline’s responsibility,I only want to claim my insurance.

Next list insurance plan:

This insurance covers the insured person, due to temporary bad weather, natural disasters, mechanical failure, strike, sabotage, or other cargo, hijacked airline worker protests, terrorist acts, air traffic control or airline overbooking caused public transport the insured is planned to take delay.

最后，是保险公司的说明：
   注明延误时间及原因。延误原因须在保险条款范畴（所搭乘的飞机、轮船、火车因自然灾害、恶劣天气、机械故障、被劫持、该承运人的雇员罢工或临时性抗议活动、恐怖分子行为、航空管制，遭遇所预定搭乘的交通工具延误。），否则可能被拒赔，请知悉。

我这两天做网上check in，才发现8/2回来的同航班也被换到8/3的D7302航班了。怎么办呢？我都没收到delay letter。
