昨天给朋友买了票,用支付宝余额付款,付完钱了支付宝显示支付成功自动跳转到宿务的页面时页面变成空白,也没收到邮件。
支付宝交易记录能查到订单号,用订单号查状态是cancelled.
晚上打电话给客服,英语说的实在听不懂,打了半小时的电话,那边说还没收到钱,再等一天才知道收没收到,还让我联系支付宝看看是不是支付成功。
我联系支付宝了 支付宝客服说支付成功了。
今早我发邮件给论坛里搜到的好几个邮箱,发了好多遍,只有ceb service desk回了 但都是叫我打电话。
然后我去facebook的主页说了问题,主页帮我查
然后回了 下面一段话
As per checking, status of your payment is declined. If the payment is captured but your booking is declined by our reservations system, this means that payment was not posted in our system. It will eventually restore your credit limit in your account. Thank you.
意思是我的订单被拒绝了,让我等待退款。不过没过一回,我收到邮件,我的问题已经被解决了,机票也已经被确认。
