Due to DD7525 on 11 DEC '15 (Time 22:45 P.M.) HKT_DMK had been Cancelled !!!. BN. 52346124 pax can get 4 options :

1. Changing flt. for free of charge

2. Opening the ticket for 3 month

3. Getting the full refund.

4. Transfer to THAI SMILE AIRWAYS (Flt. WE286/Time 21.35 P.M.)

Therefore, please kindly reply to this email address whether which choices as mention above you would like us to serve you.

问题：第四条的意思是更换当天的微笑航空的21:35的飞机吗？

如果我同意第4条我是要打电话还是直接回邮件啊？

因为他们的原因12月11号的航班取消了，你有如下选择

1. Changing flt. for free of charge 免费更换航班，同一家航空公司的
2. Opening the ticket for 3 month 可以改成3个月以内有效的OPEN票

3. Getting the full refund. 全额退款

4. Transfer to THAI SMILE AIRWAYS (Flt. WE286/Time 21.35 P.M.) 可以换乘泰国微笑航空的WE286 晚上9：25的航班，但是没说是免费的，不过估计也是不会有额外费用

只是，泰国微笑是低成本中的传统型航空公司
