订票时候错把姓wang，写错为wnag.
鸟航的答复是

As your e-mail, please be kindly informed and notified that there are no problem when checking-in if there are little mistake on passenger’s name but it must be in the same pronunciation, however in case passenger’s name were not completed as same as your passport or the pronouncement were not in the same direction we suggest that passenger should adjust passenger’s name by the terms & conditions as below;

For all ticket classes

“Change or revise passenger’s name”

The name change must be made at least 4 hours prior to the departure time. Passenger making such change will be subject to change fee of THB 735 (VAT included).

我是否一定要提前掏钱改名呢？还是可以机场值机时试试运气？

邮件说可以包容。

The name change must be made at least 4 hours prior to the departure time. Passenger making such change will be subject to change fee of THB 735 (VAT included).

反正起飞前4个小时都可以改，你先去机场吧。

以前也看见过有网友反馈名字信息出错，柜台可以包容的案例。
