标题: 因曼谷机场跑道维修，曼谷－清迈/普吉多个航班取消！

由于曼谷机场东跑道在2012年6月11日-8月9日进行维修，大量航空公司的航班受到影响，目前亚航已明确受影响的航班是6.18-6.30的航班，更多受影响航班请随时留最新通知。
1.曼谷=清迈（FD 3427, FD 3428, FD 3238, FD 3239)
2.曼谷=普吉（FD 3033, FD 3034）
对于受影响的乘客，可以选择：
1.免费改签到最近的航班，或者改签到14天以内的航班（以推迟为主），只要对应的航班有座位。
2.退款到乘客的亚航帐户（90天内消耗完）
请拨打国内客服热线020-02022817666 提供订单号码进行改签咨询。
对此造成的不便我们深感抱歉。

BANGKOK, 15 JUNE 2012- In order to ease air traffic congestion during Bangkok Suvanarnabhumi Airport’s temporary runway maintenance, AirAsia will temporarily merge and reduce the frequency of some flights. Flights that have been merged and rescheduled are flights during 18-30 June 2012 with high daily frequency as the airline is trying to minimize the number of passengers affected.

The following flights have recently been rescheduled:

1.     Flights from Bangkok-Chiang Mai-Bangkok (FD 3427, FD 3428, FD 3238, FD 3239)

2.     Flights from  Bangkok-Phuket-Bangkok  (FD 3033, FD 3034)

Affected passengers can contact the AirAsia Call Center at 02-515-9999 to proceed with one of the following options:

1.    Guests may move to the next available flight or postpone travel to any date within a 14-day period, without fees and fare difference charges. New travel dates are subjected to seat availability.

• Obtain a credit shell option which is a system that retains the amount of money which can be used for later transactions. The credit shell will be valid for up to 90 days from the date of issue.
