之前跟菲鹰argue了很久，终于同意退票了。
来了个这个邮件

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for choosing Airphil Express.

We are glad to inform you that after a thorough review on your reported incident, your request to refund your ticket BHXIER in full due to Schedule Change has been approved. We have made the necessary arrangements in your Passenger Name Record (PNR) and inputted the REF code of FCC-2012-0862 .

In order to finalize your request, please present the following at any of our Airphil Express Ticket Offices:

The passenger is the credit card owner

Ticket

Valid ID

Creditcard

-The passenger is NOT the credit card owner

Ticket Clear copy of the credit card used

Clear Copy of a valid ID of the card owner

Clear copy of a valid ID of the representative

Authorization Letter from the credit card owner with signature, and of the representative.

意思是说我还要跑去ticket office交材料啊？

不是直接退我信用卡就好了么？

有人知道上海哪里有菲鹰的ticket office啊？晕死
