I am booked a flight (From Shanghai To Manila.Confirmation number:XXXXXX) by Cebu website on March 08 ,2016 , My Alipay payment is successful, but the site show payment declined ,book status is Cancelled, I did not receive a confirmation number and itinerary.Then I booked another flight To make plans not to be disrupted.（From Beijing To Manila.Confirmation number:OOOOOO） Then the same situation has emerged. Alipay payment successful but site show payment declined ,book status is Cancelled.
Please assist in the investigation.Because the first order(XXXXXX)) showed canceled so I just bought the second(OOOOOO) one
