Please be informed we have created a credit account for you. This credit account will expire on 16 October 2016, so kindly utilise it BEFORE the expiry date as it is invalid on the date itself.
You may use this credit for your future bookings with us. Just follow these steps below:- Login to your member account via our website, www.airasia.com
- Proceed with a new reservation by clicking on ‘Make a booking’.
- At the payment page, click on the ‘Credit Account’ option.
- Use the credited amount to pay for your booking. Any excess amount can be paid using your credit card.
Please note that your actual travel dates can be after the expiry date of the credit account. Bookings can be made for your personal use or nominated person on our flights.
