When you made the booking, our conditions were displayed throughout the process.
?Prior to you making the reservation, hotel policy was displayed on the “Room Type” page under “Booking Conditions”
?Upon making your selection, hotel policy was displayed on the Booking Form page under “Booking Conditions”
?Lastly, upon completion of your reservation, hotel policy was displayed in the Confirmation Email
The Agoda hotel’s cancellation policy attached in your booking is more customer-friendly than that of the competitor.

再去一封信,语气强硬点,agoda有时是需要多个回合才可以搞定的,包括我原来退汇差
