We understand that you have booked the daily average rate of MYR 180 ++. However, due to technical complications that we are currently experiencing on our reservation system, it is with regret that we inform you that the rate is incorrect. The correct amount for your reservation is MYR 3,695 ++ for 2 persons excluding the additional fee of MYR 180++ for the 3rd occupant for the duration of your stay. The daily Bed & Breakfast rate for a weekday is MYR 739++ (Sunday through Thursday) and for a weekend MYR 639++.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this situation has cause you and for that we will extend the stay for 3rd occupant at no additional fee. If you are acceptable of our offer, we will make the changes and send a new confirmation letter, detailing the correct daily rate and at no additional fee for the 3rd occupant.
