We regret to inform you that your flight under confirmation number XXXXXX has been cancelled due to aircraft situation..
You will be given the following options by our Schedule change Department through email:
•Rebooking of the flight without charges for 30 days from the disrupted flight.
•Refund or put into a Travel Fund without penalties

一来二去都发了好几次了,我的意思是接受中转航班,并提供了航班号和时间,结果每次宿雾都发相同的内容,并未对我的订单进行修改。难道是我的意思没表达清楚,求助啊!!!!

This is in connection to your booking under record locator PEK9SX and YFZB3U.
First and foremost, we regret for any inconvenience you’ve experienced due to unexpected schedule change on your flight from Shanghai-Manila on November 8, 2012. However, please allow us this opportunity to expound on our policy and handling procedures for schedule change.
You’re confirmed booking on record locator PEK9SX and YFZB3U was moved from November 9, 2012 Shanghai-Manila (5J-679 0030H) due to planned cancellation. There were changes in most of our flights both domestic and regional destination due to C-checks of some of our aircrafts. Unfortunately, your flight was affected by that schedule movement.
In our Terms and Conditions, it says:
Clause 8 - Schedules, Cancellations, Delays and Diversions
8.1 Schedules
8.1.1 Flight times shown in the Itinerary Receipt, in timetables or elsewhere are not guaranteed and may change between the date of reservation and the date of travel.
8.1.2 The Airline may change at any time and from time to time the regular schedule of any flight or postpone a flight to any day other than the scheduled day.
8.1.3 The Airline will exert reasonable efforts to notify the affected Passengers of any change in or postponement of the flight schedule, but the Airline will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage that may occur as a result of any such change or postponement.
In cases such as this, we assist affected guests by providing the following options:
1. Rebook their flight within 30 days from the disrupted flight waive all charges, if rebooking is beyond 30 days still waive rebooking fees but subject to fare difference
2. Reroute to alternate station within the day of the disrupted flight waive all charges
3. Place the credits into a full travel fund which can be redeemed within 90 days from its creation to purchase a new ticket for future travel
4. Refund in full for the affected flight since the changes is more than 1 hour from the original flight schedule.
