昨天我在另一个帖子里也说了，我看到时也吓了一跳，我过年前刚办的两年多次，还没用呢，不过我找到了新加坡海峡时报的报道：

这个报道里面有两句话值得注意：
Earlier on Friday, the Government announced that with immediate effect, anyone with a China passport, apart from Singapore Permanent Residents and those on long-term passes, will also not be allowed into Singapore.
However, Chinese passport holders who can show that they had not been to China recently, may be allowed entry, on a case-by-case basis.
这是说持中国护照的人如果能证明自己近期没来过中国，还是可以入境新加坡的，我觉得这就说明不会撤销之前签发的签证。

这个应该是新加坡卫生部的官方文件，第七条：
7. Previously issued short-term and multiple-visit visas for those with PRC passports will also be suspended. During this period of suspension, they will not be allowed entry into Singapore.
之前为PRC护照持有者签发的短期和长期签证暂停，暂停期间不能进入新加坡。
————是暂停，不是撤销。
