Credit Accounts are not only faster to redeem, but also have a longer validity, and are more convenient for you, as you can simply top up for future bookings, if need be.
For Credit Account, you may chat with AVA now at http://tinyurl.com/vl9mayx. Once the AVA chat window opens, select “COVID Flight Changes” from the menu followed by “ AirAsia cancelled My Flight" , "Credit Account" and complete the fields as directed by AVA.
The options above are applicable for direct online bookings made via airasia.com only. These options are not applicable for group bookings. Kindly refer back to your respective travel agency for any group booking recovery options
