Requirements: - Personal appearance
- Duly accomplished visa application form with photograph
- Passport and travel document valid for at least six (6) months beyond the authorized date of stay in the Philippines; (photocopy of the data page)
- For Chinese and other nationalities: One (1) Completed application form with photograph.
- For Taiwanese: two (2) copies of duly accomplished visa application forms with two (2) photographs.
- Original employment certificate/introduction from work unit written in English
- Proof of financial capacity through at least one of the following documents: However, the Consular Officer may request for additional documents
- certificate of property ownership
- bank statement
- internationally-valid credit card (photocopy)
- written guarantee executed by an accredited Chinese travel agency guaranteeing the departure
of the visitor from the Philippines.
- Confirmed return/onward passage ticket (photocopy)
