标题: 吉隆坡飞槟城的航班改时间了，我可以退票么？
我今天收到亚航的一封信，内容如下：
Dear Valued Guest,

AirAsia would like to advise that our flight AK6118, scheduled to depart from Kuala Lumpur (KUL) to Penang (PEN) at 07:05PM (1905 hours) on 16th MAR 2013, has unfortunately been rescheduled. The new departure time is at 08:50PM (2050 hours) and it arrives in Penang at 09:50PM (2150 hours), local time.

Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at +603 2614 2999 and enter this Password:。。。。。。。。 to speak to an agent or log on to our website atwww.airasia.com.

Please disregard this notification if your original flight time within your booking is the same as the timing indicated above.

We apologies for the inconvenience caused.

我可以此为理由，要求退票吗？

迟了1小时45分钟，只能改签，不能退
但是好像可以退余额，我上次的是2小时55分，不够3小时，但是可以退余额

你如果确实要出行的话，改18：05那班好了，提前一个小时

实际上我已经放弃3月的旅行，其他的票已经因其他理由退了，只有吉隆坡飞槟城，槟城飞兰卡威的票没办法退。这次亚航航班改时间，我就想把这2程也退掉。
各位大哥们看看可以要求退票么？

如果你是12月之前买的票，槟城到兰卡威这段，可以退余额了
因为12月初亚航更改了12月16号之后这个航班的时间，改了2小时55分，原来起飞是下午13：35，现在是16：30。
我就是这样退了余额的。
飞槟城的应该也可以吧。
