我发了邮件，菲鹰是这么回复我的

May we inform you as well that we already deducted the amount of Php140.00 Convenience Fee to your account as well.

We would like to inform you also of our "No Show Policy", that your ticket will automatically forfeited if you fail to take the trip/flight shown on your ticket. And any changes made after confirmation of new flight will be subject to penalty.

请问是什么意思？？

没事，我的两张票也是这样，我邮件过菲鹰，他们说没事情的。
