3月5日吉隆坡--北京航班 2人成功成功升级为3座位，现需要退款给我，我付款的账号是：中国银行长城借记卡。扣款貌似是美元128美元

昨天收到电子邮件如下：

Dear Customer,

Thank you for contacting Optiontown and your interest in Empty Seat Option (ESo).

We would like to inform you that we are unable to process the refund for your booking and request you to please confirm if the card which was used for Sign-up has been expired or blocked. Please confirm at the earliest so that we can proceed with the refund.

We appreciate your continued patience and understanding in this matter!

请教下的大家我该如何处理谢谢 ~

只有退到信用卡或paypal
但paypai中国再退回到中国大陆的卡上要收费每次30美元
下次记住千万不要选升级空座位
根本没意义，上飞机自己找空座位根本就是免费
要升级到头等舱还差不多

来信的意思是告诉你买的邻座空位的失败
请尽快提供有效的信用卡以便网站处理退款

我买过，成功了，主要是给孩子睡觉，还挺方便的，这个买不成功也是可以退款的，貌似需要扣点点手续费

意思是我电子邮件给对方我的信用卡相关信息即可？
