标题: 难道etihad给我hold住票了？

今天收到etihad如下邮件

Thank you for booking your travel with Etihad Airways. As per your reservation details, the credit card used for the booking has not being charged by Etihad Airways. However, your booking has been made with us but not been ticketed yet. Also, we tried calling you to confirm the booking. However, we were unable to reach you. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

With regards to your query, we suggest you to contact our sales offices or contact our call centre (http://www.etihadairways.com/en-in/about-us/contact-us/our-offices/) and our colleagues there shall assist you with pleasure.

因为上海往返不方便，上周日没有支付成功。居然收到邮件，感动ing，好多个however，难道etihad给我hold住票了？大家说要不要跟他联系好呢

我没想到他家服务这么好啊，不过话说官网查不到这票，估计能认的机会不高
