最终结果，同意退款，宿雾回复的邮件如下,请买了相同航段的童鞋赶紧发邮件去申请退款：

We regret to inform you but CEBU to BKK flight was temporary suspended due to aircraft situation. We are on the process of updating all affected flights that's the reason why flight booked on reloc A4572F is not yet updated in the system. Given this, we have options that our affected passenger could take which will at least minimize or eradicate the inconvenience.

Rebooking – up to 1 month without any charges. For roundtrip flight, same number of days must be followed. Please see our website for your reference of the exact flight details that will fit your schedule
Travel fund – without any charges (may use up to 90 days based on the date of creation).
Full refund – *for bookings made via credit card, the amount shall be credited back to your account minimum of 60 working/banking days.

Please do let us know which option you would like to take. We can only rebook your flight once without any charges. But please be advised that our rebooking is subject to seat availability.

今天突然查了下今年11月从宿雾飞曼谷的航班，发现原来直飞的航班都查不到了，现在都是要到马尼拉转机。原来每天一班的直航是下午16:55起飞，晚上19:25到曼谷。
现在转机的话，下午出发的都要23:50到了。
有没有订了同一时期的机票的同学？一起维权去！

给宿雾的客服发了邮件，第一次得到的回复如下：
   Upon checking, your flight is 5 minutes later than the original departure. If you wish to be rebooked on a different schedule, please be informed that you will be paying the applicable charges (rebooking fee, fare difference). We can only waive the penalties if the flight disruption is 1 hour (or more) than the original ETD.

我给他写了一封回复的邮件：
   I have searched from your website and found that your flight has been changed to stop in manila instead of going directly to Bangkok.
   Attached is the result from your official website.I can not see any flight going directly from cebu to bangkok.In that case we are supposed to arrive in Bankok at 23:50 instead of 19:25, 4 hours later than expected!! It is the waste of time to our vaction. And we need to cancel all the schedules in the evening, which are very precious for us.
   Hence, i declare cancellation and full  refund of our flight tickets.

他们的第二次答复：
   We will forward this to our concerned department. Please wait to our advisory to be sent to your email address indicated in your booking.

不知道他这个5分钟是从哪里查出来的，我查了17:00前后三个航班的航班号：
1.  5J572 15:50-23:50
2.  5J584 17:15-23:50
3.  5J570 17:45-23:50

而我预定的航班号 5J926，完全不是同一个航班！

原先的时刻表，是在网站的“我的预定”行程单里复制出来的。

宿雾不知道搞啥东东呢？听朋友说九月份以后的厦门飞马尼拉航行也查不到了！

他们回邮件里说要等商量好处理方案后邮件通知，目前还没有最新的消息。

我是开航的时候买的....不靠谱啊.....现在官方回复的一直很敷衍，要怎么投诉呢？
