We would like to inform you that we will accept the letter from Holiday Inn an cover your expenses (160.50 euro) plus your meals (29.80 euro), you have not sent us any receipt with the amount 8.90 euro for your meals. Also we cannot accept the receipt from Astor Hotel since your check in date is wrong. Total refund amount is: 190.30 euro

亮点在于终于承认我用积分预定的房间了。但是说有个酒店的check in时间不对，实际是对的，继续和他扯～

以后大家遇到积分定的房间，在索赔之类，不被承认时，就找酒店出证明就好了
