标题: 亚航管理订单的2个重大变化（5月13）
1、非会员管理订单不行了。也就是说，以前不登陆，在非会员模式下输入：订单编号、出发日期、航线、邮箱可以找出订单，现在必须登陆才可以看到自己的订单，看不到别人定的订单了。
说明：此功能影响较大，比如别人用余额帮定的，没法自己管理了，比如添加护照、加行李什么的。当然，可以通过客服来处理

2、可以查看退款状态。你提交了退款或者退税申请，通过此功能可以查看状态
（1）In progress -  your refund is being processed by our Refund and Finance team.
（2）Pending bank payment -  your refund has been submitted to your bank/credit card for payment. You will receive your refund in your bank account/credit card in due time.
（3）Closed -  Your refund has been credited to your account by your bank/credit card.
（4）Closed with rejected reasons -  Your refund has been deemed invalid.
