Normally, we do call-outs or send messages via isms (text messaging) to passengers with contact details in the event that trips are cancelled or encountered delays. We also suggest giving us a call at 02 528-7000 on the day of departure before going to the pier to check the status of your trip.
For eticket transactions, the signed and printed confirmation letters (2 copies per passenger) will serve as your tickets. As part of the requirements, passengers will also present valid ID's, photocopies of credit card holder's valid ID and credit card used (front only).
OSCA or senior citizen discount can be availed by passenger whose age is 60 years old and above.
When booking online, just put a period (.) or a dot when ask for middle initial.
