多谢你的解释哦，的确我是误写了英文名，但是我朋友和我一样的错误，没等几天就给她改好了，对我复不更改！有一点我不明白的是with cancellation fee即预定取消费，是退回到credit shell还是退回时扣除这部分，亦或者是全额退还包含这部分费用？

In response to your email, please be informed that guest who booked after 1st November 2011 onward name change option will no longer be available for all destinations except for flights to/from Japan and Korea. Moreover certain selected promotional fares do not allow for a name change also. We regret to decline your request.
However, we recommend you to book a new ticket with correct name (same in passport) with the same flight with Airasia. Refer to booking number ******, we are pleased to offer you as a special case to keep credit shell with cancellation fee for Mr. Steven, for more info on fee, please refer to this link
Kindly refer to the credit shell condition as below.
The balance left will be the amount for you to utilize on the following options:
· Make new bookings, pre-booked meals and baggage
· Make changes to an existing bookings, pre-booked meals and baggage
If you wish to utilize this option, we would greatly appreciate if you can provide us the member ID. This can be created by following the procedures below:
· Log in to www.airasia.com
· Register as a member
· Click on ‘My Account’ upon login
· Retrieve the Customer ID
Lastly, kindly take note of the following:
· It is valid for 90 days
· Once expired, it will be locked by the system and it is not extendable
· It is applicable for D7, AK, FD and QZ flights
· It is transferable to any family members or friends
