标题: 要退票但是登录不了网站账户管理不了 [打印本页]

标题: 要退票但是登录不了网站账户管理不了
因为局势问题，要走保险理赔，但是买的菲鹰联程票我看邮件看不到是否可退，菲律宾航空的官网又登录不了，总显示我没有注册
英语不好，让我打英文电话真心交流不了，难道要写邮件？

之前明明在菲航注册了，邮件有id和密码，但是就是说我没有注册
然后在菲航输入预定标号也现实没有这个订单。。。
中国服务站能处理退票么

还是在菲鹰的网站买的菲鹰？？？

应该是菲鹰网站买的，但是我是联程票，有一段是菲航的
