With regards to your refund request below, please be informed that we have sent both your bookings (这里是两个吉隆坡到杭州的订单号) for processing on the 30 May 2014 to the relevant department .The full amount will be credited back to the given bank account details below and the process might take up to approximately within 30 working days. However for your connecting bookings (这里是两个清迈到吉隆坡的订单号)for the credit shell request we would appreciate ,if you can provide us the member id of
one of the passenger in this booking for the credit shell issuance .This can be created by the following the procedures below:
1) Log in to www.airasia.com
2) Register as a member
3) Click on EMy Account Eupon login
4) Retrieve the Customer ID beginning with number 2
ie: 2xxxxxxxxx ( 10 digits )
事件是航班被取消了,吉隆坡回杭州的,所以清迈到吉隆坡的我也一起申请退款了。
我昨天提供了银行卡是让他们全部退回到银行卡上面的。第一段应该是说亚航已经提交相关部门了,30工作日左右,我的吉隆坡到杭州的订单就会退款到银行卡上。
第二段不是很明白,难道是说只能退到亚航的账户余额上吗?可以我用不到呀。不能退银行卡上面吗。
