狮航成都飞曼谷能否全额退票啊

官网直接出票，航班起飞时间从3点改到5点了，能否全额退票呢？

发邮件或者直接电话客服，延后2个小时完全应该提供退票渠道。

可以退，你发邮件说清楚你的PNR号，航班号时间这些信息，狮航会回邮件说要哪些材料。说是45天退款，不过提申请后20天就返钱到卡里了。                                                                                                        If passenger would like refund please kindly send document for refund process and we will do refund after receive document.

航变可以全额退。需要提供电子票号，发送到一个care开头的邮箱里。不得不吐槽的就是他们的电话有时候故意不接，有些客服很坏，说帮你查下，然后就喊你别挂，就一直把你凉那里，没回音了。所以要多打几次试试。有个男的态度不错。
