Book the Winter Offer with Your Rate by IHG® Rewards Club Advance between 00:01 Greenwich Mean Time ("GMT") on 4th November 2016 and until 23.59 GMT on 24th February 2017 for stays from and including 2nd December 2016 and up to and including 27th February 2017 at selected participating IHG Hotels across Europe. The Winter Offer requires advance booking before the intended stay of at least 3-21 days, subject to the individual conditions of each participating IHG hotel.
IHG® Rewards Club members will receive a minimum discount of 30% off Best Flexible Rate with prices starting from £45 / 49 € when booking a weekend stay and minimum 13% discount when booking a stay from Monday night to Thursday night.
Prices displayed for the Winter Offer are based on weekend stays during the promotional period and are subject to change on a daily basis.
Offer only available to IHG® Rewards Club members. The specified discount will be applied to every night of a stay meeting the criteria specified above.
Quoted prices per room per night are based on a standard twin/double room (extra person charges may apply). Bookings for individuals will be charged at the same rate. At Holiday Inn up to 2 children under the age of 13 may stay in the room at no extra cost when sharing with up to 2 adults if suitable accommodation is available, at the sole discretion of the hotel if notified at time of booking. Full payment is required at time of booking on pre-paid rates and is non-refundable except where prohibited by local laws. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Blackout dates (when the offers are not available) may apply in some hotels. The Winter Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.
This Winter Offer is subject to the standard IHG® Rewards Club Membership Terms and Conditions and earning structure, which can be obtained by visiting www.ihgrewardsclub.com. IHG® reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion/Offer at any time with or without notice. IHG® reserves the right of final interpretation of this Winter Offer.
Our Lowest Price Promise (the “LPP”) is our promise to guests who book a hotel room at a Crowne Plaza, Hotel Indigo, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express and Staybridge Suites hotel in the UK and Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and France directly on either IHG.com or the individual hotel brand website (together referred to as the “IHG Websites”, each an “IHG Website”) that our “Your Rate by IHG® Rewards Club” is lower than any other price publicly available on any third party website. The LPP is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Customers booking within these territories, and directly with IHG, can always take advantage of our Lowest Price Promise regardless of the Winter Offer period stated above.
In all other countries (excluding UK&I, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and France) the Best Price Promise applies.
