我定了这家酒店，并写信问酒店是否可以提供接机服务，酒店回复的时候很详细的写了抵达方式及费用，贴过来给大家参考：
Thank you very much for your reservation at Bangkok City Hotel, We are
sorry to inform you that we do not have airport transfer service. Please
kindly contact at the Airport Limousine Service Counter on the 2nd Floor
at Baggage Claims and Arrival Hall exits, channel A, B and C. Or Public
Taxi Fare charged according to the distance travelled plus a fee of THB
50 for the driver for taxi service, Platform of Passenger Terminal on
the 1st Floor, Gates 4 and 7.Please print out the hotel map to show to
the taxi driver at http://www.bangkokcityhotel.com/location.html
Secondly, the Airport Link from Suvarnabhumi Airport (6:00am-12:00pm):
Take the City Line (Blue), cost 15-45 Baht, from the airport, take off
at the last station, Phayathai. Then hire a cab to the Bangkok City
Hotel, Soi Petchburi 10-12, approximately 600 meter = 35-50 Baht.
