要求best price，被驳回要求了

在hotelclub上预定了房间，用了80美元的余额和30澳元的优惠券，发了邮件去要求退回比agoda多的19澳元。hoteiclub回邮件表示不同意，因为我已经用了30澳元的优惠，要以减去30澳元后的价格去比较。下面是回的邮件：

我也同意，HC的BPG政策里好像写了不适用于使用优惠代码之类的字

可是hc的价格比agoda贵了10多澳元，用了30澳元的优惠等于只优惠了十几澳元。不过还好先订了，否则今天泰国的酒店都不能用30澳元的优惠了。

如果没用澳元的，只是用充值的，那就是给赔了？

要想最低价格保护的，赶紧发邮件，发的人多了，估计HC会惹毛，解释权归HC么，它也可以说用了优惠券，不能享受最低价格保护的，呵呵
