没退过款,有事请教前辈们!我跟很多人一样,买的15年5月底的D7307(周四杭州——吉隆坡))不幸中枪,查不到航班,后来发E-FORM过去确认已取消,再发邮件到aax_preflight@airasia.com,要求退款,顺便把后面吉隆坡往返科伦坡,吉隆坡回杭州的三程都一起退了,现在亚航回过来如下:

前面看懂了,同意在14个工作日退款到银行账户,疑问的是后面,Credit Shell是啥,亚航账户吗?就是亚航余额90天要用掉的那个吗?
