谁说亚航邮件可以中文的啊？

太搞笑了，之前发了封纯中文邮件给亚航要求改签，今天亚航给我了一个回信如下：

Firstly please accept our apology for the delay in responding to your email. Moving forward, we regret to inform you that we could not able to converse in Chinese, therefore we would appreciate if you are able to converse in English so we could assist you accordingly. Otherwise  you may also contact our China Air Asia call centre +86 20 2281 7666 for further assistance.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We truly appreciate your valued patronage and we look forward to welcoming you back again soon.
