国航改航班时间了，有可能跟客服谈谈心吗

哈哈楼上。我6月的机票，今天收到短信国航提前30分出发了，不指望退，希望改成open

OPEN不太可能 现在航司都是航班变动可以改动前后3-7天

前天接到KN短信，说NAY-JUH航班取消了，打电话要求reroute到附近航点TXN/JUZ/NGB之类，死活不肯，但是同意改成open票了，本来想着等清明假期去（这次是刚需），结果奇葩的KN又恢复航班了，然后就确认了原来的出发时间，奇葩的KN，不过话说回来，KN都能改open票，传航就更可以了，反正我之前PEK-NKG，ZH执飞的取消了，痛快地给我改到了十来天后的CA航班上去了

OK,那我英文回你一遍。Got the message from KN 3 days ago, indicates that the flight NAY-JUH has been cancelled, so I called the carrier for reroute to the nearby destinations TXN/JUZ/NGB etc.,but that failed with no reason, they only agreed change it into an open ticket. I thought this ticket could use during the Ghost Festival Holiday (but I really need this ticket at this moment). By the end, the weirdo KN airline recovered the flight, then I confirmed the original departure time. Weirdo KN! Though KN is a LCC, it still can change the ticket to a open statue. The traditional airlines would do better than that. Once the flight PEK-NKG I took operated by ZH had been cancelled, they changed it to the flight operated by the CA ten days later without disputation.
