亚航退票问题求助

按照日哥的帖子。已经到医院开了诊断证明，也已经盖章过了，然后按照日哥的帖子，首先打了亚航的客服电话：020 22817666，交谈后，说明原因，他们说可以退票，发email过去，然后就继续按照日哥的帖子发到china-desk@airasia.com 里面。过了几分钟，收到一封email 内容如下：

说我email发送不成功。。。发错地方了。。但是按照日哥的帖子 确实操作也没什么错误呢。。求高手指教

嗯，现在所有问题都可以通过feedback受理了。

但是我昨天确实填写信息了  发了3次  页面不是崩溃 就是显示的 失败了。。。所以后来我问日哥 日哥说打 电话  打了第一次 说亚航是不退票的  然后我继续打  第二次 同意退票了  让发email过去 结果还回复个这个。。。
