Our apologies for the cancellation, the reason is due to aircraft situation. As carrier, we may change or reschedule any flight where we reasonably consider to be justified by circumstances beyond our control or for reasons of safety or security.
If you wish to cancel the booking you may apply it for full refund.
For bookings made via credit card, the amount shall be credited back to your account minimum of 45-60 banking days. Please confirm should you wish to continue with the cancellation.
