亚航退款申请的回信——被拒了!

帮我看看是什么问题，订单中三个乘客 清迈——吉隆坡，都值完机，但有一个没去清迈，曼谷就飞回上海了。曼谷——清迈国内班是不能退税吧？回程吉隆坡——上海 三个人都没有乘！下面的信是申请一个人清迈——吉隆坡的退款。

不是啊 就是我买的 100多张票都是我亲手买的 直接回复邮件有用吗？

是不是我选择退款的方向是信用卡，我实际支付的是支付宝，选项中没有，我就没有选

电话咨询说支付宝付款的看不到实际付款人，需要填写乘机人的帐户信息就可以了，继续操作中

人家说的是查下来你是通过代理定的 要退款找代理。。。

代理指的就是支付宝，电话问过了

自己名字的机票已经退成功了，别人名字的怎么也退不成，填乘机人本人的借记卡也不行。。。
