我买了春节香港=clark的机票,但是分开买的。
菲亚航六月发邮件说更改了我的时间(回程clark-香港改到了第二天,去程香港-clark时间没变动),但是七月又恢复了。
我往返程都填了E-form申请退款。
clark-香港的预订编号是: I9KGKJ (时间在六月有变动)
我查询状态是这样的:
去程香港-clark的预订编号:DBZKST(时间在六月无变动),我查询不到退款状态。
所以我又填了一次E-form要求退DBZKST。
回复邮件如下:
Thank you for taking time in writing to AirAsia and we are more than happy for your interest in flying with us! We have checked the booking of our guest under reference number I9KGKJ and have seen that the said flight is affected of our Hong Kong-Clark Flight Reschedule. For all our affected passengers, the following are the options for the flight move if you are not amenable with the current changes:
· One-time free Move to another date (subject to seat availability) · Cancel your flight and convert the fare into a 90-day Online Credit Shell
If guest, chose Credit Shell it means that he balance amount will hold by AirAsia with 90 days validity from the cancellation date. This credit shell allows for multiple bookings for any remaining balance in the account. You may reserve the ticket for anyone via online on any travelling date as long as the amount is utilized before the validity date given. Your actual date of travel can be after the expiry date of the Credit Shell. If guest has a connecting flight, we may move the flight of our guest in accordance to the affected flight. Guest does not need to do any modification if they are amenable of the changes. Just confirm to us that the new time suits you and will be taking this rescheduled flight.
