马尼拉飞长滩的航班被取消了,我发邮件给宿雾,要求变更为前一班,宿雾回信如下
Good Day! We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Please be advised that we can only rebook your flight once without any charges within 30days from the date of departure. Please see below options in lieu of the cancelled flight; you may also check our website for your reference of the exact flight details that will fit your schedule. Kindly advise us of your preferred option. 1. Rebook – no charges within 30 days from the date of departure; Subject to seat availability. 2. Reroute- to the nearest alternate station within 30days from the date of departure (without charges), subject to seat availability. Rerouting of non-disrupted flight is strictly not allowed and transfers if to be rerouted in kalibo will be provided. 3. Travel Fund – full Travel fund of the amount. A credit account which guest can be use for future transactions with Cebu pacific (may use up to 90 days based on the date of creation). You may reply to this email or call our 24Hrs Call center hotline at (63 2) 7020-888 once your decision is final so we can make the necessary amendments at least 24hrs before the original flight or booking will be considered flown/forfeited. 这个邮件是说我如果需要变更,需要再次邮件确认吗? |
