之前跟菲鹰argue了很久,终于同意退票了。
来了个这个邮件

In order to finalize your request, please present the following at any of our Airphil Express Ticket Offices: The passenger is the credit card owner Ticket Valid ID Creditcard -The passenger is NOT the credit card owner Ticket Clear copy of the credit card used Clear Copy of a valid ID of the card owner Clear copy of a valid ID of the representative Authorization Letter from the credit card owner with signature, and of the representative. 意思是说我还要跑去ticket office交材料啊? 不是直接退我信用卡就好了么? 有人知道上海哪里有菲鹰的ticket office啊?晕死
