如何投诉宿雾航空并改签？

原本订的2月3日下午香港飞卡利博，四人，其中一人还是原价。准备逗留五日四夜。等到本月中未见其更改航班信息才放心把酒店钱全付了。不料1月17日凌晨宿务悄悄发来取消航班的邮件，我到昨天才发现。它建议我更改到2月4日晚，十点到卡利博，意味着我当晚未必能上长滩岛，还要宿一宵。我3、4两晚的长滩岛就要作废。要知道春节长滩酒店比较贵，时间金钱损失大，因此我昨天发邮件要求改马尼拉中转到卡迪克兰，至今未复。
请坛友支招，如何争取最大权益，减少损失？

Dear  sir or madam,

I just check the email,and feel shock and disappointed that our flight has been cancelled.

There are 4 people in our tour of boracay as follows.

1.XX chen
2.XX liu
3.XX gao
4.XX zhou

According to the plan,we will arrive boracay on Feb 03,and we have already payed the room charge,visa,and so on.

The schedule change advisory is too late,if we accept your change,we can only arrive boracay on Feb 05.It means that at least 2 nights room charge are wasted,and our journey will be broke,all payment can not be refund.

To reduce the loss,we ask for another schedule to arrive boracay earlier as follows.

Flight 111 HongKong to Manila
Flight 905 Manila to Caticlan

Please kindly arrange for our requirement.thanks a lot!

要求hk-马尼拉-caticlan，据理力争，应该可以改到caticlan的。

100%可以，每天一封投诉信，直接发到那个航班变动的邮箱，把你不可取消的酒店订单一起发过去。 ...

我的航班时间也改动了，给我改了小机票时间，不是我要的
也是邮件联系不上，电话打不通，真麻烦
