楼主没把前因说明白，根据这段话的意思推测，前因应该是你订机票名字写错了。在这个前提下亚航同意你再用正确的名字预订一班一样的航班（相同的日期和航班号），然后把这个新的航班号回复给亚航，这样的话亚航会把你隐藏掉航班号的那个航班的退款放在旅游账户中给你。
字母意思是这样的，但这样就存在了几点问题：1.改名字都是直接改的，没有这样操作的。2.你预订了新的航班的话再把退款用旅游基金给你，这样的话就有时间限制了对楼主很不利。3.如果你预订一个没有付款的航班然后把这个发给亚航再用他退给你的基金付款是否可以。
建议楼主回复邮件把事情弄明白，本人英语水平有限如理解的不对请高手指正。

多谢你的解释哦，的确我是误写了英文名，但是我朋友和我一样的错误，没等几天就给她改好了，对我复不更改！有一点我不明白的是with cancellation fee即预定取消费，是退回到credit shell还是退回时扣除这部分，亦或者是全额退还包含这部分费用？
还有如果我预订时不付款是得不到预定号的呀，这点你的明白？

In response to your email, please be informed that guest who booked after 1st November 2011 onward name change option will no longer be available for all destinations except for flights to/from Japan and Korea. Moreover certain selected promotional fares do not allow for a name change also. We regret to decline your request.

However, we recommend you to book a new ticket with correct name (same in passport) with the same flight with Airasia. Refer to booking number ******, we are pleased to offer you as a special case to keep credit shell with cancellation fee for Mr. Steven, for more info on fee, please refer to this link

Kindly refer to the credit shell condition as below.

The balance left will be the amount for you to utilize on the following options:
