6月16日进展:
宿雾答应将修改航班前后24小时内的2个订单全额退款。感谢e旅行的知识共享。
最新进展:宿雾回信给我了:
Please be advised that we got an approval to cancel booking xxxx and xxxx in full refund.
Please be advised that for booking reference xxx fare rules will apply.
Please confirm should you wish to continue with the cancellation (xxx and xxx).
同意全额将修改时间航班的订单以及24小时内相关航班的订单退款。
但是第三个订单,就无法全额退款了,还是要根据相关规定进行退票。
本来7月4日凌晨4点到马尼拉,想当天MNL到大阪的(都是1p大促惹得祸),昨天收到邮件7月4日马尼拉飞大阪的航班被更改到了7月5日,这样就要在马尼拉多呆一天,大阪少玩一天。
所以决定申请把所有此次相关的航班都申请退款,今早9点多给cebskedchange@cebupacificair.com写信,13点30分左右收到回复:
This is to acknowledge below email. Please be advised that we have to forward first your request to refund ALL passengers under record locators: (我相关的3个订单号)- subject for approval.
We will revert to you as soon as we receive a feedback or you may send us a follow up after 48 hours.

百度翻译了下,意思说要把具体的订单详情给他看,我于是就吧相关三张订单发过去了,等待消息。
