有盆友也受到类似的邮件么，上次电话打到阿联酋，说3815的票最便宜的票，不能改，花钱都不行。。。

现在这个时间变了，不知道能不能改时间，唉！！！

我之前神价票，改动45min符合他们公司变动45min及以上可以改前或后一天，但是国内客服不行，我找朋友打了阿联酋总部给改的
