亚航这里要的是我申请退款的那个乘客本人帐户ID,不是我购买时的那个帐户信息,对不对?
我帮乘客本人新建了一个亚航帐户,但是机票booking number 并不在这个帐户底下,这样操作是可行的吗?
我向亚航回复,除了提供了乘客本人帐户ID,还需要写什么其他的信息吗?
