Good day,

Please be advised that as we double check your concern, your flight is cancelled due to Operational Requirements of the aircraft. If you want to cancel for refund for all your tickets, we can process it as soon as you advise us.

For further inquiries, you may contact also our Reservation Hotline at 02- 855 3333. And if you want to process your ticket for refund, please send us a copy of the credit card that you used and a photocopy of the I.D of the credit cardholder for verification before we process it.
